She’s a born-and-bred New Yorker, even sporting a tattoo dedicated to her hometown.

However, Scarlett Johansson seems to have a soft spot for the French capital too.

Upon her arrival in Los Angeles on Wednesday, the actress exhibited her transatlantic flair, donning a Yankees cap and a sweater bearing the word Paris. At 28, she needed no makeup, her natural beauty shining through her casual outfit.

The Vicky Cristina Barcelona star kept it simple with black skinny jeans and charmingly patterned tennis shoes.

Her plain black sweater featured the word Paris, while her navy blue New York Yankees cap served as a nod to her enduring love for the American city.

The Lost In Translation actress boasts a variety of tattoos, including an “I Heart New York” design on her right wrist, which she got last year.

The clever tattoo is crafted to resemble a bracelet, with the ‘charm’ discreetly paying homage to New York City.

Scarlett has recently begun filming her new movie, Chef, in Los Angeles, where she adopts a brunette Bettie Page-inspired look to act alongside Jon Favreau.

However, the dark locks must be a wig, as Scarlett sported her usual blonde hair on Wednesday.

 

The film revolves around Carl Casper, played by Favreau, who loses his job as a chef and starts a food truck business to rekindle his creative passion.

 

Joining Scarlett in the movie are Robert Downey Jr., Sofia Vergara, and John Leguizamo.
